Volunteering at HRH
We welcome volunteers to the school. Please ask your child's teacher about opportunities for being a volunteer. Every volunteer must have a Criminal Records and Child Abuse Registry check completed. There are fees and application process to complete. The Child Abuse registry Form and letter from the school are attached here. You must go to the local RCMP attachment to complete a Criminal Records check. Once your forms are completed and have been sent back you should provide copies to Mrs. Brown in the main office. It usually takes a few months for the whole process to be completed, so it is best to apply well before you are needed! Checks expire every three years. Make sure yours are up to date! Forms are kept in a file at the office.
