Medication at School
Medications- If your child requires medication at school, please take note of the following:
*We are only permitted to administer medication that is prescribed by a doctor (no over-the-counter medications like Tylenol, Benedryl, cough medicine, etc. are allowed at school.)
*All medications must be kept in the school office, not in backpacks, lunchbags, etc. (Only exception to this is an Epi-pen for life-threatening allergies.)
*Medications must come to school in their original prescription bottle which clearly shows medication name, dosage, date and student name.
*Medication must also be accompanied by a signed release form detailing dosing instructions, time of day, duration, etc.
