Our Parent/Teacher conferences for our P-5 students will be held on
Wednesday, December 3rd from 5:30-7:30pm
Thursday, December 4th from 12:30-3:30pm.
(There are no classes for students on Thursday, December 4th due to a PD session for teachers during the morning and the conferences during the afternoon.)
Once again, we will be booking conferences through an online system. The online booking system will open for families on Wednesday, November 26th.

We hope all parents will take this opportunity to meet with their child’s teacher to learn how they can support their progress. Conferences can be in person or by a phone call. Please be sure to indicate your preferred method of contact when you book your conference. Much like our meetings in the past, families can expect a few minutes wait in between appointment times. If you require an appointment outside of the designated times, please contact your child’s teacher directly.
If you need to see more than one teacher, please allow at least 10 minutes between meetings to travel to other classes.
If you don’t have access to the internet, you can call the office at 902-864-6815 to book a conference time.
All conference bookings should be completed by Tuesday, December 2nd at noon.
